Panko Breaded Chicken

I like quick, tasty meals to make for my family. Luckily my friend taught me an easy meal to make. It’s basically chicken breaded with panko breading. My family enjoyed the meal and it was easy to make so I’m sharing it here with you.

Chicken Panko ingredients

Ingredients needed: Just Mayo and Panko.

Raw chicken breast

Cut chicken breast to thin slices.

Chicken with Just Mayo

Spread “Just Mayo” on both sides of the chicken.

Chicken with panko, salt, and pepper

Sprinkle panko on both sides of the chicken. Sprinkle salt and pepper.

Chicken is done.

Preheat oven to 400. Remove chicken after 10-15 minutes and flip sides and cook until chicken is at least 160 degrees.

Panko breaded chicken

Serve chicken with your favorite dipping sauce (not pictured) and sides (vegetables or rice).

  • Just Mayo
  • Panko
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Digital meat thermometer (to make sure chicken is done)


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Cut chicken to thinner slices.
  3. Spread "Just Mayo" on both sides of the chicken.
  4. Sprinkle panko crumbs on both sides of the chicken.
  5. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the panko crumbs.
  6. Place in oven.
  7. After 10-15 minutes, turn over chicken.
  8. Check temperature of chicken. Make sure chicken is at least 160 degrees.
  9. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and sides.
