I love entertaining but don’t like to cook too much. One thing I do enjoy in the kitchen is buying gadgets. Since it’s winter my favorite gadget right now is Breville’s Milk Café. It makes great hot chocolate drinks.

I used to heat hot chocolate in a pot but the milk always seems to scald my mouth. I’ve also burned milk in a pot which I didn’t know was possible. With the Breville Milk Café the milk is always at the right temperature every time and tastes great.
Currently I’ve been using the Milk Café to make a Green Tea Latte in the morning. This drink helps me get some caffeine and tastes yummy! I love this Breville appliance and don’t know what I’d do without it! 🙂
