My daughter has been begging me to make this Matcha Green Tea Shake for a couple of weeks. When I finally made the Matcha Green Tea Shake, it was a hit with my kids. My kids love this Matcha Green Tea Shake. It’s perfect on a hot, summer day. Be sure to serve it before 2pm or six hours before bedtime. I personally don’t like my kids consuming anything with caffeine so it doesn’t interfere with their sleep. With the ingredients below, I was able to fill a glass mug and two tea cups for my kids to try.
- 1 cup of ice
- 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons matcha powder
- Put all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into cups and add whip cream on top.
