Strawberry Smoothie

Strawberry Smoothie

I love summer time because of all the yummy fruits that are in season. This is the time I like to buy watermelon and strawberries and make a drink or a smoothie from it. Make sure you have a good blender in order to make these yummy summer drinks—strawberry smoothie and a watermelon drink. I personally use a Vitamix blender and it has worked well for me for several years.

Hi Jen, Thank you for the great idea! I have 2 questions: 1. how much time does it holding on in the refrigerator? 2. can I froze it as a Popsicle? did you try it? Thanks!

Hi Yafit, Typically when I make smoothies, my family eats it right after. I never stick smoothies in the refrigerator so I can't answer your question. Personally I don't like to store smoothie drinks in the fridge. I don't store my Jamba Juice smoothies in the refrigerator since the consistency is never the same after you make it. I also haven't put this recipe in my popsicle molds. I'll try that next time and let you know. :)
